**Sports Physicals Information for the 2023-2024 School Year:

Physical Form

We are now accepting Sports Physicals dated on or after May 1, 2023, for the '23-'24 School Year. Forms should be turned in to the front office.

Fully complete pages 1, 2, and 4 of the Sports Physical and have the doctor complete page 3.

If needed, please see the Student Accident Insurance information if you don't have insurance and need to purchase it for your student to participate.

All Pence Sports require a sports physical (even for tryouts):

• Cross Country (Fall - all grades)

• Basketball (fall and winter - 7/8th grade boys and girls - involves tryouts)

• Volleyball (fall - 7th/8th grade girls - involves tryouts)

• Wrestling (fall- all grades)

• Cheerleading (fall and winter - all grades - involves tryouts)

• Track (spring - all grades)

‘23-’24 Massanutten Middle District Athletics Calendar

Event Admissions:

WSPMS participates in the Massanutten Middle School District. Admission to all athletic events at WSPMS is $4.00. Team schedules are posted below as they become available.

Concussion Video

RCPS adopted a policy on student-athlete concussions during extra-curricular activities in August 2015. RCPS wants all student-athletes to have a safe return to play.
