Email your attendance notes!

We now have an email address dedicated to attendance notes – email them in!

Pence has a special email address, wspmsattendance@rockingham.k12.va.us, for parents/guardians to email absence notes to us.

As working parents, we understand how difficult it can be to juggle all of the details of caring for and managing a family. Our hope is that this may simplify things for families and make it easier on you to get absences excused.
​Once you email the note, you do not have to send anything in writing - if you email before 9 am on the day of the absence you don't have to call the school and we will not call you as we will consider that student accounted for.

PTO - Parents and Teachers Working Together To Make Education Special

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) welcomes you to our Wilbur Pence Middle School community. Our fun activities and events throughout the year provide wonderful opportunities for you to meet others and to become involved in your child’s educational experience at WSPMS!

We sponsor a variety of fundraising, teacher/staff appreciation, student enrichment, and community-building activities.
